Scenario Folio privacy policy

Who provides the app

Scenario Folio is developed by Brendon Frick, trading as Frick’s Productions, in British Columbia, Canada. Privacy questions can be sent to fricksproductions@telus.net.

Session information on your device

The app stores practice templates, objectives, preparation details, stages, prompts, session timing, observations and debrief notes in its local app storage. It uses these records to run sessions, recover interrupted work and prepare reports. System timing information is used to measure session duration and save intervals.

This version does not require an app account and does not automatically send these records to Frick’s Productions. It has no advertising SDK, developer analytics service or app-operated cloud synchronization. It does not request camera or microphone access.

Notes may contain personal information if you enter it. The app does not make notes anonymous. Avoid unnecessary identifying details and review reports before sharing them.

Reports and other copies

When you choose to save an export, Scenario Folio creates PDF and plain-text reports in its Documents area, accessible through Files. A later edit to a session does not change an earlier exported report. The app does not automatically send reports to a recipient.

If you copy or share a report through Files or another service, the recipient or service receives that copy. A cloud-backed destination may synchronize it. Apple and any backup or storage provider you choose handle their services under their own policies and your settings.

Retention and deletion

Local templates, session records and exports have no automatic expiry. This version has no in-app control to erase all session records. You can review or delete saved reports in Files and remove local app data using the device’s Delete App control. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data.

Deleting local app data does not remove reports already copied outside the app, recipients’ copies, device backups or support correspondence. Manage those copies separately with the relevant recipient or service.

Support, website visits and privacy requests

If you email fricksproductions@telus.net, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate reported issues. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

The existing website and support privacy policy explains support email processing, including TELUS, and Cloudflare’s processing of requests to this website. The same email address accepts requests for access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. Information may need to be retained or disclosed where legally required. The app does not give us remote access to your local session records.
