Visiting this website
Our pages are static. We have not added advertising, visitor analytics scripts, account registration or contact forms. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection and request information to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare may provide operational traffic reports. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about information it handles.
Emailing us
If you email fricksproductions@telus.net, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate reported issues. Email is handled by the providers used to send and receive it, including TELUS for our support address.
Please avoid sending private home details, entire app journals, passwords or payment information. You can contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. Information may need to be retained or disclosed where legally required.
Other services
Links to Apple, Cloudflare or other external services take you to sites with their own policies. Opening an email link uses your chosen email app. This website does not receive your DwellTick journal.
